Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas joined PLC Communities in 2008 and has over 30 years of real estate development, investment and lending experience. From 1987 to 1996, Mark specialized in real estate construction finance for Union Bank of California. Since 1996, Mark has been a land acquisition specialist having underwritten and closed on more than 5,000 residential lots. At PLC Communities, Mark is responsible for managing land acquisitions and joint venture relations.
Mark has a B.A. from Claremont McKenna and an M.B.A from the University of California, Irvine.
