Bill Holman
Vice President Land Development
Bill Holman has been active in real estate planning, development and construction for over 30 years. He joined the PLC Communities team in 1996, previously having worked for the City of Huntington Beach Planning Department, Huntington Beach Company and Chevron Land and Development Company. Bill has worked with local municipal and county governments as well as state and federal agencies to implement major residential and retail development projects. His areas of expertise include due diligence and title investigations, environmental impact assessment and mitigation, planning, engineering, budgeting and project scheduling, permitting, documentation and management. Bill also has extensive experience with forming and organizing community support groups and homeowner’s associations to ensure successful project approval, development and operation.
Bill graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.S. in Social Ecology.
