Jeff Rulon
Vice President of Operations
Jeff Rulon joined PLC Communities in 1994 and has over 30 years of experience in real estate development. He has held positions as a financial analyst, project manager and director of construction and operations. Prior to joining PLC Communities, Jeff worked for JM Peters Company for six years. He has overseen a wide range of products including over 30 single-family projects, land development of more than 5,000 lots and new construction on multiple multi-family projects.
Jeff graduated from USC in 1984 with a B.S in Business with an emphasis on Finance.
