Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Jaime Todd has worked in sales and marketing in the new home industry for nearly 20 years. He joined PLC Communities in 2013. Prior to then he worked for Shea Homes as a sales counselor, community manager and Director of Sales. He has been involved in closing more than 10,000 homes throughout his career and managed communities spanning across 5 counties in Southern California. Jaime’s responsibilities include overseeing all marketing platforms, website and interactive, as well as brand development. He also manages all aspects of sales including directly managing the sales personnel, product pricing and the overall escrow process. Under Jaime’s guidance his sales team was the first and only new home sales team to be recognized by J.D. Powers as “Customer Service Champion” based on their customer’s satisfaction scores. He insists that his sales team properly convey and execute the vision of PLC Communities to provide an exceptional customer experience that sets them apart in the industry.
Jaime studied business and marketing at the University of California, Santa Barbara and California State University, Fullerton.
