Dan O’Bannon
Chief Financial Officer
Dan O'Bannon has over 30 years of experience in real estate finance and has been with PLC Communities since the company’s inception in 1994. His areas of focus include managing lender and joint venture relationships, investments, risk management, financial and tax reporting as well as treasury functions. Prior to joining PLC Communities, he was with the public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen in the firm’s real estate practice and has held financial positions with a multitude of real estate developers.
Dan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License. He graduated from Claremont McKenna College, cum laude, with a B.A in Economics.
