Welcome Back Home: Celebrating La Viña's Next Chapter
Published: July 8, 2026
There are moments that remind us what community is truly about—not just the homes we build, but the people who make them feel like home. At PLC Communities, we are honored to celebrate one of those moments as residents return to La Viña and begin an exciting new chapter together.
To mark this special occasion, we're hosting our "Welcome Back Home" celebration on Saturday, August 8, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at La Viña Park. It's an opportunity for neighbors to reconnect, meet new faces, and celebrate the strength and resilience that defines the La Viña community.
Guests can enjoy a classic summer BBQ, sweet treats, live music, and lawn games while spending time with friends, family, and neighbors. More than just a community event, the celebration represents the spirit that has carried La Viña forward and the excitement of looking ahead together.
The journey home has required patience, perseverance, and unwavering support from residents, partners, and the surrounding community. As families return, we're reminded that neighborhoods are built on relationships, shared experiences, and the people who bring them to life.
"We're thrilled to welcome residents back to La Viña," says Jaime Todd, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at PLC Communities. "This celebration is about more than an event—it's about recognizing the resilience of our community and celebrating the future we're building together."
We look forward to seeing familiar faces, creating new memories, and celebrating everything that makes La Viña such a special place to call home.
Welcome home, La Viña. The best is yet to come.
