La Viña Comes Home: Celebrating a Joyful Homecoming

On Saturday, August 8, approximately 100 friends, neighbors, homeowners and community members gathered at La Viña Park for an afternoon of reconnection, celebration and homecoming.

The Welcome Back Home event brought the community together over summer BBQ favorites, sweet treats, live music and lawn games. More than an afternoon in the park, it was a meaningful milestone…a chance to celebrate the families returning to La Viña and the new memories beginning to take shape here.

Today, we are proud to share that 11 homeowners have moved back into their homes. Each homecoming is a reminder of the patience, resilience and enduring spirit that have carried this community forward.

Home is a place of rest. A place of healing. It is laughter, family and connection. It is where people come together, where familiar traditions can continue and where new memories can begin.

At PLC Communities, we build homes, but we also believe in the power of restoring communities. A true neighborhood is built on the strength of the people who live there, and the gathering at La Viña reflected just that. It was a joy to see neighbors reconnect, families celebrate one another and the community come together for this important next chapter.
