Every Family Home: Celebrating All 24 La Viña Homecomings

Every family is home. With grateful hearts, PLC Communities is proud to share that all 24 homeowners whose La Viña residences we rebuilt after the Eaton Fire are now living in their homes again.

In March, we shared our commitment to rebuilding 24 homes in La Viña. In August, we celebrated the 11 families who had already returned. Today, that number is complete: 24 of 24.

What a privilege it has been to help bring these families home. When a homeowner trusts you to rebuild the place where their life happens, it is a responsibility we never take lightly. These families shared their memories, their hopes and the details that make a house truly theirs, and we are honored they trusted us with something so meaningful.

At PLC Communities, we build homes, but our work has always been about people. Rebuilding after a wildfire takes more than framing and finishes. It takes listening, clear communication and showing up when families need reassurance most. PLC cares about La Viña, about Altadena and about the people who make this foothill community home…and that commitment continues long after the last key is handed over.

Thank you to our homeowners for your trust and partnership, to our trade partners and construction teams for the skill and heart you brought to every home, and to the Altadena community, whose strength has carried this neighborhood forward.

To all 24 families: welcome home. We can’t wait to see the memories you’ll create here.
