REGISTER YOUR CLIENT TODAY AND BE ELIGIBLE TO EARN A $10,000 BROKER REFERRAL FEE
PLC Communities values our partnerships with brokers and real estate agents and welcomes the opportunity to work with you at our new communities. We appreciate the importance of this collaboration and strive to establish a strong relationship between each broker and agent while working together to find the perfect home for your client.
As part of this process, we require the referring broker/agent to accompany their client(s) on their first visit to the PLC Communities neighborhood of interest and register their client. Our sales team is prepared to assist in the registration process and to provide the necessary forms. Please note that telephone or mail-in registrations will not be accepted, nor any form unapproved by PLC Communities. The Referral Fee will be paid upon client’s successful close of escrow and paid to the licensed brokerage company represented and listed on the Agreement to Pay Referral Fee form when the contract was executed. If the escrow does not close or if you client previously visited the community independently, no referral fee will be paid.
PLC Communities reserves the right to modify or terminate the Broker Cooperation Agreement at any time and without notice. The company also maintains exclusive rights to all text, imagery and video assets on the website as well as all marketing materials. To use any of these assets, you must receive authorization from PLC Communities. These terms and conditions will be strictly enforced.
